We work to ship all orders as rapidly as possible, subject to stock parameters and physical validation:
- In-Stock Spare Parts: Standard catalog products (such as standard spindle bearings, rubber cots, sensors, or timing belts) are processed, quality-inspected, and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days from our Bhilwara warehouse.
- Customized & Bulk Components: Parts manufactured or cut to custom specifications (such as customized gear sets, custom-width rollers, or large bulk orders) require custom processing. Lead times and manufacturing schedules are shared with clients prior to order confirmation.
2. Shipping & Transit Timelines
Estimated transit times from Bhilwara, Rajasthan are as follows:

- Clients may also choose to arrange their own transport pickup from our warehouse by coordinating with Mr. Pappu Mali.
5. Tracking & Logistic Partners
To ensure safe transport of industrial parts, we partner with reliable transport networks, including:
- Surface Cargo: Safexpress, TCI Freight, V-Trans, ARC, and other recognized regional transport services.
- Express Air/Road: Blue Dart, Delhivery, and Professional Couriers for urgent sensor or bearing dispatches.
- Tracking: You will receive a dispatch notification via WhatsApp or Email containing the Lorry Receipt (LR) number, docket copy, or tracking link to monitor transit progress.
6. Unforeseen Transit Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, transit delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control. ALLINDIATECHNICAL SERVICE SULZER is not liable for delays caused by:
- State-border checkpost clearances, regulatory transport inspections, or tax verification processes (e.g., e-way bill verification).
- Extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, transporter strikes, or regional transport blockades (Force Majeure).
- High-volume shipping seasons or festival congestion on national highways.
7. Incorrect Address & Redelivery Terms
Correct delivery coordinates are crucial for swift dispatch of industrial components:
- Customers must double-check the delivery address, contact person name, and phone number before order confirmation.
- If a package is returned to our Bhilwara warehouse due to an incorrect address, missing customer availability, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be liable for the return shipping costs as well as the redelivery charges.
- Any modifications to the delivery address after dispatch are subject to transport carrier approval and may incur extra rerouting charges.
8. Damaged & Lost Shipments
All items are packed using protective bubble wraps, heavy-duty cartons, or wooden boxes for heavier gears to prevent transit damages. In the rare event of transit damage:
- Please document the package condition with images and video before opening.
- Report the issue to Mr. Pappu Mali within 48 hours of delivery so we can coordinate with the carrier and initiate replacements.
- For lost shipments, we will initiate an investigation with our logistics partner and work to dispatch replacement components once the loss is officially verified.
